He earned his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and Master of Science (M.Sc.) degrees from the National University of Bangladesh, where he developed a solid foundation in academic rigor. Additionally, he completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the same prestigious institution. Further enhancing his legal qualifications, Alamgir pursued an LL.B (Hons) at the University of Essex in the UK, where he honed his understanding of complex legal concepts and international legal standards. He also holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Innovation from Anglia Ruskin University in the UK, equipping him with the skills to navigate the intersecting realms of law and business effectively.
As the Director of Alamgir Law Chamber, a prominent UK-based law firm, he specializes in a wide array of legal services, including Civil Litigation, Immigration Law, Family Law, Employment Law, and Housing Law. With over 20 years of experience, Alamgir provides legal and career guidance to individuals facing civil, criminal, and immigration challenges. His areas of expertise encapsulate international maritime law, commercial law, and education law, among others. His judicial acumen is complemented by practical experience, having worked at various solicitor firms across the UK and Bangladesh, where he practiced criminal law, civil litigation, medical negligence, and immigration law.
In addition to his legal practice, Alamgir is deeply committed to social justice and has collaborated with non-profit organizations to advocate for citizens’ legal rights and access to justice. He currently serves as a volunteer lawyer and career advisor, offering pro bono legal assistance both in the UK and internationally.

Advocate Abdullah Al Masud Rana is a distinguished practising lawyer with ALC and serves as a partner representing Bangladeshi legal interests. Mohammad Shakil Ahmed serves as an Accountant at our company, where he brings a wealth of expertise and professionalism to the role. He has successfully completed both a BBA and an MBA from Jagannath University, equipping him with a strong foundation in financial management, accounting principles, and business strategy.
His proficiency in financial reporting has significantly contributed to our teams’ success, allowing us to make informed financial decisions that drive the company forward. Additionally, Shakil’s commitment to continuous learning and improvement ensures that he stays current with the latest accounting standards and practices.
Nasrin Sultana is our legal assistant. She is a British citizen living in the United Kingdom. She had an assistant manager at eat.com and a prêt manager in the United Kingdom. She has completed BSC hons and MSC all (first class) from the National University of Bangladesh. She has also completed SSC and HSC, all first class. As a legal assistant, she will help you with your matter. She can also guide in processing visa applications and other official work. The ability to provide you with all the information, guidance and support is a part of her daily life.
